USA's Latest Immigration Executive Order

The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, signed an order on Tuesday that has been dubbed “Purchase American goods, employ American workers.” The policy is totally focusing its attention to employ Americans as part of his bid to make migration number drop. The executive order passed tells four of the departments in Government to revisit the rules guiding all permit schemes in the country and suggest alterations to tackling and fishing out fake permits from original ones. The order passed also tells the department to submit proposals for the rebranding of the H-1B permits. The plan proposed is to give permits to only the most talented and high-earning foreigners. It is imperative to understand that presently, there is no alteration to the law, rules, and orders that have been issued. The departments involved in the policy review are Homeland Security, Labor, Department of Justice and Department of State. These agencies are in charge of the alterations to be made. Whatever they decide will be passed over to the House of Congress for deliberation and vetting. As it stands, the order is just a signal of the intention of the present administration on migration.
