Individual Is Taken Into Custody In Axminster After Operation By Immigration Enforcement

In an operation by immigration enforcement in Axminster , UK led to the detention of an individual from Bangladesh.

Acting on information, officers had visited the Cinnamons Restaurant in South Street where employees were queried for checking they got right to reside and work in the UK.

The 31-year-old individual was found to have staying on his expired visit visa and now has been transferred to the detention centre of immigration pending elimination from the nation.

The restaurant was served with a warning notice that it is liable for the fine of up to 20,000 pounds for every illegitimate employee found till proof is given that lawfully needed  pre-job checks were carried out like passport or document from UK Home Office.
