In the 11 December 2019 Federal Express Entry draw for immigration to Canada, 3,200 applicants will be announced with an Invitation to Apply (I.T.A) for Canada PR.
The cut-off Comprehensive Ranking System (C.R.S) score limit was 472 points. It is an all three program draw, so applicants in any one of the Express Entry aligned programs are qualified for this 132nd Express Entry Draw.
In the prior draw, which happened on 27 November 2019, the cut-off CRS score was 471 points.
Similar to prior draws a tie-breaking rule was practiced for the 11 December draw, implying that all applicants with 472 CRS points will not get an ITA. As several contestants have 472 points score, those who provided their profile to the pool of Express Entry before 6 December 2019 at 03:03:49 UTC will be given preference.
It is doubtful that the Federal Express Entry draw will take place after two weeks from the 11 December 2019 draw, as this will be on 25 December 2019 as it is observed a federal holiday in Canada. For this purpose, applicants should be conscious that the subsequent Express Entry draw may occur outside of the normal bi-weekly plan.
The Plan of Immigration Levels for 2019-21 says that Canada would be accepting approximately 256000 applicants through Canadian Express Entry. Yet another 200000 permanent residents would be accepting through Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs in the upcoming three years.
