Big announcement this week as USCIS looks for Employees under H-2B for 2017

This week big news is from the US, the Department of Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS) has announced to take employees under H-2B visa. Seeking to hire potential foreign nationals for employment for the fiscal year 2017. Under Work Certification provided by the Employers looking for talent outside the US are being streamlined for the fiscal year 2017.

As per policy and Visa regulation under the H-2B Visa, Employers can hire foreign talent in the United States of America. In this way, new talent from different backgrounds will be introduced to the various sectors.

Labor workload is also an important factor that’s needs to be addressed. Applicants can apply for the H-2B visa sponsor by any public or private sector firm.

USCIS is looking for employers to do something now because the H-2B worker Visa procedures of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2016 section 114-113 are implemented, if indeed they were contained in the Cap Count number for the time, 2013 to 2015, is defined to expire Sept. 30th.

It is said that USCIS is already acquiring H-2B applications for 2017 start work dates, and by collecting the given home elevators probable staff member exemptions as soon as possible, they shall be in an improved position to track applications.
